One-on-One Diet Coaching



You'll meet weekly for four 60-minute sessions via Zoom (or phone)or in person. Your one-on-one work will be based on your individual experience, agenda, and goals. Your coach will provide a structure to help you stay focused and move forward. Before each session, we'll review your health goals and create a specific plan. We'll identify obstacles and create strategies to overcome them.

The coach leads the sessions and makes sure individuals' voices are heard and everyone has an opportunity to work on their goals. During the sessions, you will review your health goals, acknowledge successes, identify barriers, and strategize ways to overcome those barriers.
